For over 25 years, The Bayou Brothers, San Diego’s favorite zydeco band, has rocked the world with their infectious energy. From tours of England, to Festivals and Concerts throughout Mexico, Nevada, California, Arizona, Las Vegas and Southern California, you can’t help but shake your booty and shuffle your feet when you hear the Bayou Brothers sound.

The Bayou Brothers started in the late 90’s with a shared love of Cajun and Zydeco music by founders John Chambers, on accordion and keyboards, and Ric Lee, who lays down Zydeco and Cajun dance grooves on the drums. They are joined by Jack Stephens, formerly of the Stephens Brothers on guitar and vocals, Sista Judy on Rubboard and vocals, and Oliver Shirley on bass.

The Bayou Brothers specialize in Zydeco, Cajun and Blues, but also serve up big helpings of R & B, Funk, and Rock and Roll to please any crowd. An interactive music experience; not only is dancing expected at a Bayou Brothers show, but the band encourages their audience to get onstage with them, shake their booties and get in touch with their inner rock star while playing authentic Louisiana rubboards and other percussion instruments…a fabulous photo op for all!
